BUSINESS EXPANSION
We are now operating out of a purpose-built vehicle wrapping workspace that is designed to provide a more efficient way of working. Our workspace is comprised of a 6700 sq ft vehicle wrap workshop that has been kitted out with top-of-the-line-lighting and an industrial heater. This allows us to keep the workspace brightly lit and maintain a perfect 24 degree wrapping temperature, no matter what time of year.
We also benefit from a large 4.6m roller shutter, which means that we are able to accept large vehicles such as trucks and buses for wrapping. As such, we are one of the only vehicle graphics companies that allows a prompt and efficient indoor turnaround for fleet graphics on large vehicles all year round.
We have tailored this space to allow a fluid and efficient workflow by building dedicated areas for each part of the business. The mezzanine was converted into a 1200 sq ft production room that houses two latex vinyl printers and two plotters.
A step up from the original setup at the old Cowbridge Road office where we just had one of each, we are now able to output the work at twice the speed. This allows us to turn over jobs much faster and much more efficiently. The new production area benefits from full air-conditioned print rooms with a consistently monitored environment.
Our office has also been updated to include a much-desired meeting room, featuring a 65-inch monitor and large conference table. This allows for a much more streamlined process of pitching jobs and proposals, offering a professional setting in which to interact with our clients. The offices have been adapted into a design studio to perfectly suit the needs of our designers. Here at PopIn, we have four expert designers with degree-level qualifications, ensuring that our clients always receive the best from their chosen design.
The whole PopIn team is excited to be working from our new custom-made production space, and we look forward to fulfilling a much higher quantity of vehicle graphics, including fleet wrapping for large vehicles.
